All applicants (tenants and guarantors) must submit the following:

Letter of employment stating your length of employment and yearly salary
Last two pay check stubs
First two pages of your last two years tax returns
Bank Statements for both your checking and savings account
Any other documents that show financial stability such as brokerage statements and real estate deeds
Payment forms:

Certified bank check
Traveler check
Money order
Wire transfer (please ask for bank details)

* All apartment applications must be submitted with a $500.00 good faith deposit. From this deposit $75.00 will be deducted for each credit report that is run. The remainder of the balance will be applied towards the broker fee. If for any reason the application is rejected the deposit minus any credit report charges is fully refundable. Any misrepresentation or failure to provide supporting documents for statements made on an application will result in the immediate forfeit of
any monies deposited
